He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Bales; his children, Jason Bales, Wain Bales, Wayne Treece (Jamie Jablonicky), Sheila Welty (Aaron) and Ashley Treece; and his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Martinez, Amanda Bales and Emma Jablonicky.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home (980 N Newburgh Rd, Westland, MI 48185). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
