He is survived by: his parents, Mary Lee Simmons and Floyd Simmons; his siblings, Vivian Judkins (Keith), Norma Jean Robinson (Herman), Floyd Simmons Jr., Andrew Dale Simmons, Anthony Dale Simmons and Shanta Simmons; his children, Andrea Bankhead, Jessica Simmons, Andre Simmons Jr., Aveon Simmons and Angelo Simmons; and his grandchildren, K'hoe Simmons, Gabarella Simmons and Kori Lee Bartell. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
