It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Grace Milliken of Westland, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignatius Rakowski and Tillie Rakowski; and her husband Ralph Milliken. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Brown (James) and Ralph A. Milliken; her grandchildren, Amanda Milliken, Adam Brown, Matthew Milliken (Marie), Allison Alava (Victor), Zachary Milliken and Ashley Wood; and her great grandchildren, Ezra, Henry, Theodore, Mylo and Luca.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the L. J. Griffin Funeral Home - Westland (7707 Middlebelt Rd, Westland, MI 48185). A rosary was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Joy Catholic Church (8200 N Wayne Rd, Westland, MI 48185). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
