He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Platt and Madeline Platt (Pastucha). He is survived by: his wife Demera Pukita; his siblings, Margaret Platt, Catherine Keefe (Don), Susan Szymas (Ed), Mary Lane (Fred) and Douglas Platt (Rebecca); and his sister-in-law Beth Kozlowski (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
