He is survived by: his wife Kathy Etheridge; his daughters, Lindsey Kaiser (Brian), Laurie Mapes and Lisa Dirkse (Brad); his grandchildren, Mack Nyenbrink, Jenna, Addison Dirkse, Aria, Colton Mapes, Sterling and Bria Kaiser; his mother Gayle Defrell (Jack); and his siblings, Cindy Oosterbaan (Doug) and Mark Kamps (Denise).
