He was predeceased by: his son Joey. He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his children, Debbie, Bob Gruppen, Marlain, Hank Vorenkamp, Jim, Mary Rademaker, John and Kim Rademaker. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Holland.
