He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Phillips and Erma Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Denise Phillips; his children, Carey Phillips, Nathan Phillips, Aaron Phillips and Taylor Phillips; his siblings, Milo, Carl, Harry, Ruth Ann and Kathleen; and his close friend Matt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
