He was predeceased by: his daughter Pamela. He is survived by: his wife Betty Bluekamp; his daughter Renea; his grandchildren, Avery and Abel; his sisters-in-law, Lila Monton and Mary Visser (Dave); and his nieces, Lori Miles (Kevin) and Toni Wever (Craig).
