She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Ortman and Hattie Ortman (Kempker); her husband James Miedema; her children, Kris Ermatinger (John), James D. Miedema, Jodi Clarke (Tom) and Amy Miedema-Barba; her grandchildren, Sarah (Chris), Laura (Nathan), Travis, Angela and Stepfanie; her great grandchildren, Luke, Liam, Joseph and Adleigh; her siblings, Sherman Ortman, Beverley Tamminga (William) and Harold Ortman (Jan); and her mothers-in-law, Louise Ortman and Kathy Merizon (Dennis). She was also cherished by many extended family and friends.
