He is survived by: his parents, Phil TerMeer and Barb TerMeer (Lillibridge); his sister Melanie Bullers; his niece Scarlett Bullers; his grandmother Aloha Meyer (Gloria Lillibridge); his aunts, Louise Boonstra (Marv), Judy Cooper, Sue Brott (Ike), Louise McMullin (Jeff) and Karen Genther; and his uncle Ken Cain.
