He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bell and Emma Bell (Ley); and his wife Loraine Smith. He is survived by: his children, Karen Swaty of West Branch, Christopher Hilborn (Thomas Manning), Kathy Hay (Sandy) of Midland, Loress Pausits (Bob), Crystal Hilborn of West Branch, Cindy Skowronek (Randy) of West Branch and Scott Bell of West Branch; and his grandchildren, Tabitha, Andy, Jackie, Joellyn, Christopher, Amanda, Lee, Stephanie and Saja. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
