It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter V. Corteg Jr. of West Branch, Michigan, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 16, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Corteg and Helen Corteg Sr. (Cash); his children, Marlene Hertz Corteg, Michael Corteg and Cathy Corteg; his sister Anita Fahy; and his stepmother Ilene Corteg.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Groulx-Corteg; his sons, Walter Stephen Corteg and Kevin Charles Corteg; his granddaughter Carolee Corteg; and his cousin Robert Gorczyca (Opal).
