He was predeceased by: his parent Alma Lee Nickerson-McKinney; his stepfather Prince A. McKinney; and his siblings, Demetrius McKinney and Marie McKinney-Owens. He is survived by: his children, Quenten Flint and Chandra Welch; his granddaughter Tiana Davis; his daughter Debra Flint; his siblings, Ernest Nelson (Brenda), Norman Newton (Henrietta), Sherrye Ann Newton-Pupo, Herbert Newton, Alma McKinney-Wilson and Yvette McKinney-Latson; and also, Sally Rea and Don Bergeron. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and his caring friends.
