He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Collins and Nancy Collins (Furtaw); his brother Timothy Collins; his nephew Bradley Mills; his great-nephew Logan Mills; and his grandparents, Paul, Mildred Furtaw, Irum and Betsy Collins.
He is survived by: his daughter April Salgat (Jeff) of Standish; his siblings, Linda Mills (Brian) of Clear Lake and Terry Collins (Kelli) of Rose City; his grandchildren, Madisyn Brager (David Eaves), Carson Legut, Raelee and Kinsley Salgat; his great grandchild Paisley Eaves; his nieces and nephews, Kendi O'Grady (Ryan), Tiana Collins, Tim Collins and Travis Collins (Mandy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tessa, Taylin, Kelli Collins, Makenzi O'Grady, Lauren Mills, Keara Wangler, Trace, Travis Collins and Sean O'Grady.
