She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Smigiel (Cy) and Irene Smigiel (Janasik); her brother Robert Smigiel (Bob); her great grandchild Hannah Ott; and her brother-in-law Walt Kanicki.
She is survived by: her husband Nicholas; her children, Mark Moszyk (Elaine) of Pinconning, MI and Ann Machelski (Mitchell) of Traverse City, MI.; her grandchildren, Jodi Ott (Jeremy), Christian Machelski (Nicole), Amelia Svec (Jordan) and Andrew Machelski; her sister Janet Kanicki of Bay City, MI.; and also, Oliva Ott, Lauren Ott, Landon Ott and Malachi Svec.
Nick is eternally grateful for all the help from the staff of The Villa in West Branch who made every attempt to ease her suffering through Parkinson's disease.
