He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Barker and Thelma Barker (Kabelman); and his brother Richard Barker. He is survived by: his wife Carol Barker of West Branch; his children, Gary Saunders (Charlene), Andy Saunders of West Branch, Christina Bookheimer of Kalamazoo, MI and Ronald Barker Jr.; his sisters, Norma DeLong of Hulbert, MI and Patsy Johnston (Stanley) of Hulbert, MI; and his brother-in-law Louis Nichols (Julie) of Cadillac. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
