He is survived by: his sons, Robert Harper (Krista) and Daniel Harper; his siblings, Douglas Harper and Nancy Hohn (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Emma, Kayla, Michelle, Marissa and Axel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
