He was predeceased by: his parents, George Westcott and Wilma Westcott (Wideman); his sister Susan Pitts; and his parents-in-law, Raymond, Jean King and Mary Morris King.
He is survived by: his wife Deb Westcott; his brothers, Robert Westcott (Mary) and Paul Westcott (Julie); his siblings-in-law, David King (Fran) and Kathryn Holmes (Paul); and his nieces and nephews, Michael Westcott, Kristy Westcott, Tim Westcott (Elizabeth), Jake Westcott, Jeff Westcott (Mandee Lomelin), Rick Wright (Lexi), Chris Wright, Ryan Holmes (Nicole), Kyle Holmes (Kaitlin), Ellen Templeton (Russ), Chris King (Stacia) and Elizabeth King. He is also survived by fifteen great nieces and nephews.
