He is survived by: his children, Alyssa Ruegsegger (Isiah), Lindsey Wiseman (Delynn) and Andrew Ruegsegger; his grandchildren, Aryanna, Kaylee, Colton and Nolan; and his siblings, Jean Kartes (Bob), Judy Painter (Norman), Janet Norton (Jerry), Hugh Ruegsegger (Virginia), Martin Ruegsegger (Judy) and Mike Ruegsegger (Jan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
