He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Petrik and Teresia Petrik (Habenchus); and his sisters, Mary and Julie. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Petrik of West Branch; his sons, Robert Petrik (Sue) of Commerce Twp, Steven Petrik (Geraldine) of Lapeer, MI, Nicholas Petrik (Jennifer) of Macomb, MI and Paul Petrik (Julie) of Phoenix, AZ; and his sisters, Anna Frank and Theresa Erwin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
