She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Kartes and Beatrice Kartes (Green); her husband Edward Buckel; her great grandchild Dakota; her son-in-law Ron; her brother Ray; and her brothers-in-law, Rodger and Jack.
She is survived by: her children, Annie Parrish of West Branch, Denise Johnson (Dale) of West Branch and Ed Buckel Jr. (Jim Smith) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Lynnette Card (Jeremy), Megan Henry (Alex), Carrie Raymond (John), James Parrish (Alixandria), Sarah Parrish (William Moody) and Jordan Smith; her great grandchildren, Markie, Ariel, Brynn, Alaina, Raelyn and Amelia; her sisters, Marjorie Reinke of North Branch and Anna Chisa of Saginaw; and her sister-in-law Sally Kartes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Faith Alive Church, St. Joseph Catholic School and Compassus Hospice.
