He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Winter and Norma Winter; his son Fred Winter; and his siblings, Ruth Perry (Charlie), Virginia Cunnington, Florentina Gillies (Burt), Marie Winter, Calvin Winter (Irma Jean), Iola Winter, Ervin Winter, Wanda Winter, William Winter (Rita), Ladonna Connolly (James), Marion Mettie, Stanley Winter and Dennis Winter.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Winter; his children, Kris Winter, Amy Winter, Rose Antcliffe (Mark), Douglas Winter and Brenda Zimmer (Tracy); his grandchildren, Katie Winter, Lucas Winter (Samantha), Taylor Zimmer and Jody Zimmer; his great grandchildren, Jacob Winter, Mackenzie Winter and Carson McKelvey; and his siblings, Joseph Winter (Delores) and Barbara Borg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
