She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold and Mildred Rosebush Sr. (King); her husband John Retelle; her brother Harold Jr.; her brother-in-law Dick Card; her son-in-law Jim Tolfree II; and her nephew Rodney Ferguson.
She is survived by: her daughter Heather Tolfree; her grandchildren, Courtney and Joshua Tolfree; her sisters, Kathleen Card and Kristie Ferguson; and her nieces and nephews, Ray Card, Corey Card, Shane Card, Craig Ferguson, Todd Rosebush, Pam Rosebush and Mary Jasper (Rosebush).
Visitation for Kolleen will be held with precautions due to the current pandemic, limiting the number of attendees at a given time.
