He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Lockhart and Winifred Lockhart (Sherman); and his sister-in-law Betty Lockhart. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lockhart of West Branch; his daughter Jennifer Lockhart of Denver, CO; his grandson Jonathan Lockhart of Santa Monica, CA; his brothers, Lawrence Lockhart (Mary Lu) of West Branch and James Lockhart of Addison, MI; his sister-in-law Joyce Redding of Rochester, NY; his goddaughter Michele Bishop of Grand Haven, MI; and also, Gary Bishop (Mary) of Norton Shores, MI and Joel Bishop (Michelle) of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Compassus Hospice or Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
