He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Collins and Alma Collins (DeCosta); his brother Ernest "Buddy" Collins; and his brother-in-law Allen Mayle. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Collins of West Branch; his daughters, Tammy Jo Collins (Mike Hagopian) of Royal Oak, MI, Pamela Jean Woelke (Bradford) of Keego Harbor, MI and Lisa Marie Thompson of West Branch; his grandchildren, Robbie, Michael, Dr. Bradford Jr., Ethan, Eric, Savannah and Dylan; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Emma and Harvey Joseph; his siblings, Charlotte Mayle of Warren, MI, Freddie Collins of Canton, OH, Sherry Gordon (Jeff) of Clarkston, MI and Gaye Bennette (Dale) of Warren, MI; and his aunt Lorena Croston of Canton, OH. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
