She is survived by: her children, Leith Curtis Jr. (Beth) of Gulf Shores, AL, Linda Curtis of West Branch, Joe Curtis (Patty) of Alpena, Michael Curtis (Carol) of West Branch and Rosalie Curtis of West Branch; and her brother Michael Zavoluk of Queens Village, NY.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
