He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhold Schilke and Irene Schilke; his wife Marion Lamb; his sister Leah Hummel; and his great grandchildren, Tabitha Cardinell and Jeffery Craig.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Schilke (Sharon) of Bay City, MI, Carol Curtis (Mike) of West Branch, MI, Martha Grant (Richard) of Riley, MI and Linda LaTulip (Dennis) of West Branch, MI; his grandchildren, John Cardinell (Bonny), Mark Schilke (Raechel), Dawn Meitler (Lee), Camille Craig, Scott Grant (Laura), James LaTulip (Sunshine), Jason LaTulip, Brett LaTulip, Michael LaTulip (Kris) and Brian LaTulip (Kim); and his brothers, Arnold of Rochester Hills, Gerald of Oak Park and Robert (Berta) of Prescott. He is also survived by 31 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren.
