He is survived by : his children, Emmanuel Finbarr, Don and Barbara; his wife Barbara Mitrzyk; his children, Colleen Carlson (Nick), Brian Mitrzyk (Shelley), Sandra Rabidue (Bernie), Jenifer Mitrzyk (Dave Miller) and Julie Williams (Tom); his grandchildren, Cori Cornelius (Alex), Erin Mitrzyk (Dominick Decker), Tori Rabidue, Derek Rabidue (Cassidy), Lexie Rabidue (Conner Graber), Hopper Miller, Wit Miller, Olivia Williams, Maisy Williams and Eleanore Williams; his great grandchild Mason Cornelius; and his siblings, Robert Mitrzyk (Jane), Karen Tuma (Norm), Lori Szyperski (Jim) and Jack Mitrzyk (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (961 W Houghton Ave, West Branch, MI 48661).

Memorial contributions can be made to Compassus Hospice and St. Joseph Catholic School in West Branch.
