With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beverly Ann Romatz of West Branch, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2024 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her husband Larry; her parents, Francis Cottrell and Ella Cottrell (Melcher); her sister Phyllis Kennedy; and her son-in-law Bob Hendzell.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Romatz (Alan Hyde), Lynne Hendzell, Wendy Moore (Andy) and Laurie Romatz (Joel Erickson); her grandchildren, Curtis Hendzell (Meg), Nicolas Hendzell (Rachael), Dennis Hendzell, Dominique Moore, Khadejah Moore, Josh Erickson and Kelsea Houghton; her great grandchildren, Henry, Noah, Lawrenz, Blayke, Jaren, Cato and Stella; and her extended family Joyce Sosnowski.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Lutheran Church (155 Fairview Rd, West Branch, MI 48661). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. John Lutheran Church or the VFW Post #3775 in West Branch.
