He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Galea and Josephine Galea (Mamo); his wife Sharon Pattenson; his son Matthew; his granddaughter Ashley; and his brothers, Edward and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Galea (Cynthia) of Sterling Heights, Alfred Galea (Patricia) of Macomb Township, Mark Galea (Julia) of Kalkaska, Christopher Galea (Martha) of West Branch, Paul Galea (Nancy) of East Tawas and Donna Urbach (Brad) of Houghton Lake; and his pet Prince. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Caring Pregnancy Center and the St. Joseph Catholic School Endowment Fund.
