He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Keith and Victorine Keith (Belfiori); and his siblings, Greg, Jeff, Ken and Betsy.

He is survived by: his children, Travis Keith of Rose City and Chali LaCosse (Jerry) of West Branch; his grandchildren, Peyton, Aeryabella, Madisyn, Emma and Jeremiah; and his siblings, Chuck, Deon, Joe, Norm, Kim, Theresa and Debby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
