D.; his niece Linda Rathburn of East Detroit; his stepdaughter Cindy Kocher of Hale; and his nieces and nephews, Alfred Rathburn of Minot, N. D., Heather Wallowing Bull (Curt) of Minot, N. D., Antoinette, Cecelia and Lilith.
