She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Mier and Lila Mier (Wilcox); her husband Carl; and her brothers, Robert Mier, Carl Mier, Berle Mier and Earl Mier.

She is survived by: her children, Gregory Hansen (Connie), Michael Hansen (Vegie), Grant Hansen and Carol Sarver; and her sisters, Maude Drumm and Jean Hejduk. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Ogemaw Commission on Aging and St. Joseph Catholic School.
