He was predeceased by : his son Dr. Robert Mills (Jodi); his sister Lorraine Starr (Harvey); his brother-in-law Leonard Dinkin; his parents, Sadie Mills and David D. Mills; and his parents-in-law, Alan and Bessie Dinkin.

He is survived by : his wife Sharon Mills; his children, Howard Mills (Judith) and Natalie Mills; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Emily, Jacob and Rebecca. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A reception was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM and on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. A burial was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024.
