The passing of Rita Swanson of West Bloomfield, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 18, 2024 at the age of 87. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis and Isabelle; her husband Richard; and her brother Louis Peruski (Lisa). She is survived by: her children, Sharon Gust and Lyn Atkins; her grandchildren, Jennifer Peters (Joe Powell), Patrick Atkins (Christie), Nicholas Atkins (Nicole Madison) and Jarrett Atkins; her great grandchildren, Logan, Conner, Aria, Cole and Artemis; and her siblings, Gerald Peruski (Carol), Robert Peruski (Barb) and Carlene Lagrou (late Paul). She is also survived by numerous nieces nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Home - Walled Lake (340 N Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake, MI 48390). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
