She was predeceased by: her spouse Merel Epstein; her sons, Allan Epstein (Claire) and Ronald Epstein; her parents, Hyman Lipsitz (late Bella) and Anna Lipsitz; her brothers, Harold Lipsitz (Joyce) and Ralph Lipsitz (Uri); and her niece Beth Schrott.
She is survived by: her child-in-law Claire Epstein; her son David Epstein (Valerie); her grandchildren, Aaron Epstein (Kristina), C. J. Epstein and Chad Epstein (Melanie Jaramillo); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Epstein, Alana Epstein and Allan Michael Epstein; her brother-in-law Bernard Schrott (Cathy); and her nieces and nephews, Adina Lipsitz, Michael Lipsitz (Melody), Karen Lipsitz Dai (Tal), Rowie Lipsitz (Inbar), Dede Janower (Jeff) and David Preston Schrott (Sarah). She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
