Sue-Ellen Schatzer wrote a sympathy message

“I showed up at Congregation Beth Shalom one Shabbat while working at the coke battery on Zugg Island. I didn't know I would get Shabbat off, so I hadn't packed proper clothes. I was met with kindness and friendship, especially once they found out that I belonged to Rabbi Alex's congregation. And I was offered stories of Rabbi Alex. All of this was lead by Mona. My condolences to the entire family. May her name be a blessing.”
