We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2019, Maurice Janowitz (West Bloomfield, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his significant other Maureen McGill; his children, Steve Janowitz and Eden Janowitz Allyn; his grandchildren, Jake and Ava Janowitz; his siblings, Paula Allan (Jerry Errico) and Shelly Davis (late Stuart); and his aunt Toby Chudnow. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

“I just found out that "Papa Mauri" has passed. I wish i had known, I would have been at the funeral, for Steve & Eden. Mauri sent me to school, and he taught me so very many things all the years I worked for him. Everything i learned about business, I learned from him. I always made him his favorite type of Oatmeal when he came to meet with Gary at the farm, on Saturday mornings. I love this man more than my own father.
