He is survived by: his children, Faye Blatt (Paul) and Louis Billet; his grandchildren, Spencer Blatt, Alana Blatt and Avery Billet; his sister Janet Berman (late David); and his brother-in-law Dr. Herbert Greenberg.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hebrew Memorial Chapel (26640 Greenfield Rd, Oak Park, MI 48237). A shiva was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025, and on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Residence of Daughter and Son (14010 Borgman St, Oak Park, MI 48237).
