With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lenore Kaplan of West Bloomfield, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Kaplan; her daughter Susan Cohen; her brother Alvin Cohen; and her parents, Morris Cohen and Rose Cohen.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Kaplan (Helayne), Edward Kaplan (Debbie) and Marlene Negrin (Albert); her grandchildren, Marissa Kaplan (Aron Phillips), Carly Sternberg (Joshua), Jeremy Kaplan (Elan), Megan Kirkland (Evan), Sarah Negrin and David Negrin; and her great grandchild June Phillips.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Machpelah Cemetery - Flint (4615 Branch Rd, Flint, MI 48506). A shiva was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Home of Jeffrey and Helayne Kaplan (6662 Valley Spring Dr, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301).
