He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Strucel and Mary Strucel (Bukovich); his wife Regina (Abe); his siblings, Bert Strucel, Peter Strucel, Tracy Rowney, Michael, Maierle, George Maierle, Elsie Kargela and Margaret LeSage; and his sibling-in-law Chuckie Abe.
He is survived by: his children, Keith (Debbie), Cheryl Gardner (Scott) and Gordie Strucel; his grandchildren, Kristina Pelinski (Bill), Stephanie Gardner (Jason), Brad Gardner (Brittany), Alex Evink (Josh) and Erica Robinson (Steve); his great grandchildren, Katie, Isabelle, Jordan, Olive, Taylor, Ella, Sage and Luka; his sister Marie Sullivan (Joe); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Hewlett (late Bob) and Rose Passage (late Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
