He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Barish and Lillian Barish; and his siblings, Ben Barish, Sylvia, Sol Smith and Herbie Barish.
He is survived by: his sons, Stuart Barish (Miriam) and Steve Milgrom; his grandchildren, Nikki Barish, Max Barish, Allie Barish, Erica Barish, Adam Milgrom (Valerie Efros), Nicki Milgrom, Tedi Milgrom, Andrew Milgrom and Alexis Sack; his great grandchildren, Ada Efros and Rafi Efros Nothing; his brother Sid; his sisters-in-law, Rita Barish and Bruria Barish; and also Jack Barish.
