She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Richie and Maurice Decker; her daughter Paige Elizabeth Cummins; and her brother Laurence Decker. She is survived by: her husband Fred A Cummins; her son Frederic Sean Cummins (Sean); and her siblings, Deanna Shantz, Elizabeth Decker and Robert Decker.
