She was predeceased by: her spouse Sol Leonard Penskar; and her parents, Arthur Rosenthal and Hilda Rosenthal of Detroit, Michigan.. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Randee Bloom (Robert), Mark Penskar (late Carol) and Alan Penskar; her sibling Marion Cohen (late Richard); her grandchildren, Ashley Kenny (Peter), Caitlin Stulberg (Brad), Zack Bloom, David Penskar (Liane) and Rebecca Gherini (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Liam, Jack Kenny, Theo and Lila Stulberg.
