She is survived by: her husband Ken Shulak; her children, Cindy Shulak-Rome (Dan Rome), Jeffrey Shulak Barry Shulak (Amy) and Alan Shulak; her grandchildren, Elana Rome Cutler (David), Ben Rome, Sam Shulak (Chelsey) and Will Shulak; and her great grandchild Gabriel Cutler.
