He is survived by: his daughters, Terah Berlin (Donald) of Northville, MI. and Emily Levine (Bill Boa) of Flint, MI.; his granddaughters, Lily and Kayla Berlin of Northville; his brother Dr. Gary Levine (Deborah) of Greenville, NC; his stepsister Dr. Julie Donnelly (Hank); his nieces and nephews, Arielle Dozier (Scott), Katrina Perry (Dean), Maeve Donnelly, Brandon Dovgan, Brock Dovgan and Erik Donnelly; his great-nieces, Madelyn, Lillian Dozier and Isla Perry; and his cousins, Mark Pittman (Sydney), Dr. Michael Udow (Nancy), Caryl Courtney (Bob), Nancy Barry (Charlie), Kathy Rosenberg (Glen) and Dr. Peter Pion.
