He was predeceased by: his brothers, Sheldon Plotnik (late Joan) and Harold Plotnik (Marykay Plotnik); and his parents, Ben Plotnik and Mary Plotnik. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Plotnik; his children, Arthur Plotnik, Elaine Darmon (Jacques), Brenda Holt (Dwayne) and Janice Roble (Rick); his grandchildren, Shelby Escaba (Gabriel), Devon Holt (Mac), Harrison Holt (Jacque), Madison Holt, Alexis Chapman (Alec), David Darmon, Jazmyn Roble, Shayna Roble and Micah Roble; his sister Phyllis Lowenstein; and his caregiver Mercy. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Beth El Memorial Park Cemetery (28120 Six Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48152). Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at 7628 Danbury Cir, West Bloomfield Township, MI 48322.
