He was predeceased by: his daughter Ronda Klomp. He is survived by: his children, Lauri Levine (Robert), Julie Zuppke (Allen) and Cindy Donohue (Patrick); his grandchildren, Matthew Donohue, Katie Lowran (Phillip), Jordan Zuppke (Fiancee' Rachel Goutman), Adam Zuppke (Stacy), Ricky Levine (Fiancee' Molly Gross) and Cole Levine; and also, David Jacobs (Debbie), Michael Jacobs and Jerry Jacobs. He is also survived by many loving great-grandchildren, other family members and friends.
