A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Dorfman Chapel- Main Chapel. A shiva was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and.

“Cheryl was a wonderful person and friend for many years. We met in 1997 on a trip to Israel, bonded and spent time together in Florida with her family members, as roommates at Israeli dance workshops and on visits to Michigan. She was unusually kind and giving insisting on helping me in Connecticut after my two knee surgeries. We kept in touch, hadn't seen each other in awhile and were looking forward to her visit in Florida in February. A hernia prevented that from happening. l'll miss her!”
