She was predeceased by: her husband Elliott Kaplan; her parents, Maurice Maldaver and Betty Maldaver; and her brother Stephen Maldaver. She is survived by: her children, Janet Kaplan, Rob Kaplan (Kim) and David Kaplan (Denise); her grandchildren, Dr. Julie Kaplan Prussack (Andrew), Danielle Cabell (Douglas), Lauren Kaplan and Jenna Kaplan; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Hannah Prussack, Lucy and Mason Cabell; and her siblings, Marshall Maldaver (Linda) and Joan Lazar (late Thomas).
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM.
